Some complained that one of the rubber feet were missing and that was the case for me. But, seller included 8 replacement rubber feet so they must read their reviews and take action. What completely won me over was the inclusion of extra protective rubber caps for the bottoms of the legs..I had just returned a set to a big box store, in part because I discovered when I returned home that they were missing one of those caps. This little extra is a big winner in my books.First off I ordered black and got white. The top is not individual wires as pictured but instead a fine diamond shaped mesh. But this actual makes it more stable to store small objects on top. So I am not complaining. I like it. It is working wellThe shelf is exactly what I need to optimize limited usable kitchen-cupboard space (with "adjustable" shelves that don't actually adjust). As you can see in the photo, the wire shelf isn't bowing under the weight of fairly heavy glassware, and it fits comfortably around full-sized dinner plates. This is the first time in the 7 years I've lived here that I've been able to store my dishes where it makes the most sense to keep them, saving a lot of extra steps.I used the second shelf in my pantry to make smaller items more accessible, and that's also working well: even tiny condiment jars balance easily on the rungs. Kudos to the seller for including an extra set of leg tips in my order, a nice touch.I wanted to convert an old cube storage shelf unit for shoe storage, so I needed some sort of shelving for inside of it. These fit perfectly inside the cube storage. They're sturdy enough for shoes, and the wire frame blends (hides) well, so it's not obvious that there's wire shelving in there. It solves my problems and works very well for the purpose.
