These did look nice, but did not fit the space I needed them for. Had to pay $38 to ship them back. What a joke... On Amazon? This is the only seller I've ever run into that stiffs you on the return like this. Don't do it unless you are sure.These baskets are beautiful and well made. I would give them 5 stars, but the smaller basket is small- like you couldn't put magazines standing up in it, small. I bought them to put my kids shoes in and the big 1 worked perfectly. The center of the large one removes so the little basket ships inside. If the divider was removable in the small basket it would be much more useful. I was going to return them, but after looking online at similar items this was by far the best deal. I ended up ordering a second set and use the smaller bins for socks and dog stuff.The removable divider on the large basket is a great idea. Wish the smaller bin's divider was removable. Ordered 2 sets and could not get 6 of the 8 wheels to stay on. Since mine are used for shoes under a mudroom bench that sits on a runner, I put adhesive gliders on the bottoms and they're still functional. But don't rely on the caster wheels for your solution.I love these baskets! They are strong and very well-made. This is actually the second set that I have purchased. So why the three star rating? The wheels are impossible to put on. The nut bolts have been coded with a ceiling agent that clogs up the threads. One goes in easy the other three can take up to an hour to get re-threadedJust wicker baskets… wheels were AWFULLY HARD to get on!!! The area that they go onto was covered in a coating of something… need to use some power to get them on!Buyer beware, do not purchase these baskets. The wheels are not set flush with the bottom of the basket, so they cannot roll. One of the wheels broke off the same day I assembled them. They are very poor quality. I requested a refund, paid $22 out of pocket for shipping back to the seller, and mailed them back via USPS, but lost the receipt with my return tracking number. Apparently I can't get a refund without the tracking number. So much for Amazon A-Z guarantee. Wish I'd never bought these overpriced, poor quality basketsI read some reviews saying that the casters were not useable because of problems with the nut at the bottom of the basket. Perhaps the basket-makers took that to heart. I was able to screw in the casters to the nut securely. The baskets themselves are high-quality, with a tight weave and a nice design. They are perfect for what I need. The middle divider is removable if you need one big section instead of two half-sections. The sizing description is accurate. Overall I am very happy with this product.First box comes damaged and broke off a piece of wicker. Found it inside a basket and glued it back on. Ok but….The wheels attach to a nut glued to the bottom of the baskets. Glue was allowed to drip into the threads, filling up the threads and preventing me from threading the wheels into the nut. One wheel got locked halfway and while attempting to unthread it the nut broke off from the basket. Others wouldn’t even thread into the nuts because of the glue. After spending an hour cleaning two, I gave up. Using it with felt pads on the threads.Product is poorly made.Bought for my pantry. Minor assembly needed but it takes a strong arm and a good wrench to ensure that the casters go on straight. Looks good and does what I was expecting it to do.Un peu petit pour le prix, mais ça fait la job!Love these bins for my daughters art supplies! Love the wheels on it as well.
